From Global Leadership to Independent Practice
After nearly four decades in senior leadership roles across shipping, logistics, shared services, and business transformation — including an extensive career with Maersk — I now work independently through two focused practices.
As a consultant, I work directly with organisations on operational improvement, process simplification, and AI adoption. As a proprietor, I am building a lean import-export trading business, identifying products with international market potential and developing trusted supplier and buyer relationships.
Both ventures are deliberately small-scale and relationship-driven — built on direct engagement, low overhead, and the kind of trust that only comes from decades of hands-on experience.
